1. Scope
This Copyright Policy applies to all content on the website navaxontechnologies.com and its sub-domains, including text, drawings, engineering diagrams, photographs, exploded views, 3D models, source code, model numbers, product names, and any other material (collectively, the "Content").
2. Ownership
The Content is owned by Navaxon Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. It is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Designs Act, 2000, the Patents Act, 1970, and applicable international treaties including the Berne Convention and the WIPO Copyright Treaty.
3. Trademarks
NAVAXON, the NAVAXON mark, NVX-SLED, EDGE E8, CORE C60, GRID, and PULSE are trademarks of Navaxon Technologies Private Limited. Use of these marks without prior written consent is prohibited, other than for accurate nominative reference (for example, in journalism or interoperability documentation).
4. Permitted use
- You may quote short excerpts of textual Content for review, journalism, teaching, or research, provided you attribute Navaxon Technologies Private Limited and, where practical, link to the source page.
- You may download or print pages for personal reference or internal business evaluation.
- Press and analysts may reproduce diagrams and product photographs in editorial coverage of Navaxon, with attribution and without modification of the underlying artwork.
5. Prohibited use
- Reproducing, republishing, or redistributing the Content, in whole or substantial part, for commercial purposes without a written licence from Navaxon.
- Removing, altering, or obscuring copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
- Framing, mirroring, deep-linking to internal assets in a manner that misrepresents source, or scraping the Site by automated means.
- Using the Content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without a written licence from Navaxon.
- Any use that is defamatory, misleading, or unlawful, or that suggests endorsement by Navaxon where none exists.
6. Licence requests
To request a licence for use beyond the permissions in Section 4, email admin@navaxontechnologies.com with the proposed use, medium, distribution, and duration. Navaxon may grant, refuse, or condition licences at its discretion.
7. Notice of infringement (takedown procedure)
If you believe Content on the Site infringes your copyright, or that a third party has infringed Navaxon's copyright, send a written notice to the Grievance Officer under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. The notice must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL where the alleged infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send the notice to: Grievance Officer, Navaxon Technologies Private Limited, admin@navaxontechnologies.com. Navaxon will acknowledge the notice within 24 hours and act on it within 15 days of receipt, in line with the 2021 Rules.
8. Counter-notice
If material you posted has been removed and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter notice to the same address, with your identification, the material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
9. Repeat infringers
Navaxon will terminate access, engagement, or licence with any party found, on the balance of evidence, to be a repeat infringer.
