The distance

The nearest cloud region is 1,400 km away. Round trip through it: 142 ms — on a good night, if the WAN holds. The window to act before the bearing scores the shaft: about 9 ms.

The reflex

The decision never leaves the building. Twelve meters from the line, a sealed NAVAXON cabinet runs the plant's vibration model. Detection to actuation: 4 ms. The line eases, the alert fires, and bearing 4B survives to meet the morning shift.

The sovereignty

By sunrise, the night's waveforms have retrained the model — and not one frame, not one signature, has left the perimeter. The auditor's question has a one-line answer: nothing crossed the fence.
